I am writing with information regarding the College’s 2012-2013 Senior Scholarship Competition for rising seniors. Attached to this message you will find the application materials as well as a flyer that you may wish to post in your department(s) and/or send to qualified students who may be interested in applying for this competition.
Please note that students must be eligible to graduate in May or August of 2013 and must have a have a current minimum College of Arts and Sciences grade point average of 3.700 to apply (among other criteria). Application materials will be available on the College website in the next few days at: http://college.indiana.edu/undergrad/scholarships/cri_senior.shtml. As in the past, using this one application form students apply for relatively small awards that are designated for a wide variety of majors or types of majors, students with financial need, for Indiana residents/non-residents, etc. Students are considered for all scholarships for which they qualify.
The deadline for application for this scholarship competition is 4:00 p.m. on Friday, March 2, 2012; students are responsible for making sure that all materials (including faculty letters of support) are received in the Undergraduate Academic Affairs office (Kirkwood Hall 012) by that time.
