Submissions needed for Student Anthropologist journal by Feb 11th 2013

Flyer

We are publishing a special issue of Student Anthropologist, the student journal
of the American Anthropological Association and are requesting submissions from
interested Graduate and advanced Undergraduate students. This special issue
will be focusing on methodological and technological innovations and solutions
used in student research. According to your university’s website, you have
recently taught a class in methodology. We wanted to personally invite you to
encourage students who submitted excellent research papers to submit modified
versions of their work for possible publication in this issue. The call for
papers was designed to allow students at both the undergraduate and graduate
level an opportunity to take well written, original class paper assignments and
transform them into publications. Please see the complete call for papers for
more information.

We would appreciate your circulating the call for papers to your students. This
is an excellent opportunity for students to gain paper submission and
publication experience and we hope that it will encourage anthropology students
to continue methodological discussions between schools and subfields.

The deadline for submissions is February 11, 2013. Thank you for your time and
assistance.
